Location
Hybrid - Kitchener, ON office. Expectation of 2 days in office/week or when requested; 3 days from home/week.
Your Mission
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing the Sales and Sales Operations teams with reliable and High-quality administrative support. This position reports directly to the Manager of Sales Operations, as well as interacts with the entire sales organization and is responsible for enhancing the overall operations efficiency and excellence of the sales function.
Performance Expectations
Support all aspects of deal flow through Salesforce, proactively prepping deals for purchase order receipts and efficient processing, while coaching the sales team on process
Act as point of contact for new customer agreement preparation and creation in Salesforce and ERP
Review and process purchase order management direct with customer and or account managers
Manage Account / customer data, data quality and reporting
Support the onboarding of new sales team members
Communicate new internal information and tools to Sales, ensuring they are informed of new developments
Act as liaison between customer and internal stakeholders ensuring seamless customer partner experience
Review and Process Return Authorizations for claims
Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder experience
Qualifications and Skills
Exposure or understanding of CRM (preferably Salesforce)
Finance or business (or relevant field) post-secondary education or experience in place of education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment

What we offer
Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience.
Salary Range: $45,000-$52,000/year.
Comprehensive benefits package, most coverage starting on Day 1.
