At Constant Contact, we are seriously awesome people who take ownership and make an impact by operating with the mindset, integrity and courage of a small business owner. There's something so profoundly rewarding about knowing that your work is empowering people everywhere to pursue their dreams. Here, we all play an integral part in helping business owners, entrepreneurs, non‑profits and individuals to succeed by giving them all the help and tools they need to grow online. We’re energized by current challenges and new possibilities and we’re just getting started! Our mobile app puts the power of email marketing, social posting, and campaign management directly in the hands of business owners who are always on the go. As a Senior Product Manager on our mobile app team, you’ll own a product that our customers interact with every day, in the moments that matter most to them. What You’ll DoOwn the mobile roadmap: define and drive a mobile product strategy grounded in customer research, business outcomes, and platform opportunity. Make tradeoffs confidently, communicate priorities clearly, and keep your squad focused on what moves the needle.Lead with AI and data: use AI tools like Claude and Cursor to make the right product decisions. Qualitative research, usage analytics, and A/B experiments are all tools in your belt as you align engineering, design, and executive audiences alike.Drive adoption and retention: focus on the mobile customer journey and identify opportunities to reduce friction, increase feature adoption, and build habits that keep customers coming back. Work closely with lifecycle marketing, customer success, and analytics partners.Ship with craft: partner deeply with engineering and design to translate strategy into excellent product experiences. Write tight requirements, give useful feedback, and ensure what ships matches the intent.Be a voice for mobile customers: listen—join customer calls, read support feedback, and stay close to the problems small business owners face on mobile. Bring that perspective into every product decision.Collaborate across the organization: work across squads and functions to ensure mobile is a first‑class surface in the broader product strategy.Who You AreMobile‑first product thinker: You have 5+ years of product management experience,
with at least 2 years focused on native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android). You understand the constraints and opportunities of the mobile surface area from gesture design to push notification strategy.AI‑enabled: You’ve been using AI for the last couple of years, in work and also in personal projects, to stay current with industry developments and how they can amplify impact.Customer‑obsessed: You genuinely care about the people using your product. You dig into support tickets, watch session recordings, and let real stories shape your priorities alongside the data.Metrics‑driven but not metrics‑blind: You use data to make decisions and know when a well‑framed customer insight matters more than a dashboard number. You’re comfortable designing experiments and interpreting results.A strong communicator: You can pitch a strategy to executives, jam through a technical constraint with engineers, and explain the “why” behind a decision to anyone in the organization. You write clearly and present with confidence.Collaborative and influential: You lead through influence, not authority. You know how to build alignment across functions, give direct feedback constructively, and make the people around you better.Comfortable with speed and ambiguity: You thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment by transforming complex problems into a clear roadmap of iterative releases. You guide the team through course corrections with a pragmatic and efficient approach that ensures continuous progress.Qualifications5+ years of mobile app product management experience in B2B or B2C.Demonstrated ability to improve key mobile metrics—activation rate, MAU, churn rate, NPS, app store rating, retention, and task success rate.Clear adoption of AI beyond just using ChatGPT to answer questions.Experience in the end‑to‑end A/B testing lifecycle, from crafting clear,
measurable hypotheses to implementing experiments and interpreting statistical results.Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills: you’ve worked closely with design, engineering, data, and go‑to‑market teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Nice to HavesExperience with email marketing, social posting, or SMB‑focused SaaS products. Background working on engagement or retention‑focused product initiatives.Experience with mobile analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase) and remote config/feature flagging platforms (Statsig, Launch Darkly).Pay Transparency – All Full Time Employees$119,240—$149,050 USDBenefitsHealth and welfare benefits including paid leave and a competitive benefits package that supports the health and well‑being of you and your family.Equal Opportunity and Non‑DiscriminationConstant Contact is an equal opportunity employer.
