Position OverviewReporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the successful candidate will maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a sit down counter balance forklift while maintaining a valid forklift certification.Be comfortable working outside in the elements.Communicate with drivers to ensure the accuracy of the load as well as safety requirements for loading/unloading materials.Identify where product is located in the yard and in the warehouse by utilizing the FIFO system.Load/unload trucks.Pick and sort stock using a forklift ensuring minimal errors.Assist with inventory counts as required.Guide truck drivers where they need to go in order to safely loaded/unloaded.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Valid forklift certification class 1 license.Ability to read a pick list.Availability to work overtime as necessary,
