You own the judgment and consequence layer: tax strategy, M&A structuring, product design input, and the governance of the AI-assisted infrastructure itself. This is what senior tax leadership looks like in 2026.What you’ll ownSet and govern tax strategy across the Purpose group — income tax, sales tax, investment funds, multi-entity structuring, M&A — with clear, defensible positions and unambiguous accountabilityOwn and oversee all corporate tax matters, including planning, structuring, and compliance across income tax, sales tax, and related areasAdvise our Asset Management Fund operational teams on fund level tax forecasting, fund distributions, and fund tax complianceLead tax structuring and diligence on M&A, corporate investments, and all new growth initiatives, coordinating external advisors and representing the tax function through transaction executionEmbed tax thinking in our Asset Management product development pipeline from ideation — ensuring investor outcomes are protectedSupport client level tax compliance in our Wealth segments, providing guidance on regulations and best practicesBuild,
