Key Responsibilities:
• Creatively supervise youth in two congregate living homes
• Develop individualized plans for skill-building
• Coordinate with caseworkers for consistent support
• Manage both routine and crisis situations effectively
• Promote community involvement through diverse programming
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years experience with at-risk youth
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings
• Police Information Check and Child Intervention Check
• Adaptable availability for evening and weekend shifts
