In this vital position, you will assist youth aged 15-24 in achieving greater independence through personalized support. Working alongside other residential team members, you'll create a nurturing environment that promotes trauma-informed practices while addressing housing stability and life skills. Your role will be crucial in empowering young individuals facing challenges related to homelessness and justice involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creatively supervise youth in two congregate living homes
• Develop individualized plans for skill-building




• Coordinate with caseworkers for consistent support
• Manage both routine and crisis situations effectively
• Promote community involvement through diverse programming
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years experience with at-risk youth
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings
• Police Information Check and Child Intervention Check
• Adaptable availability for evening and weekend shifts
