This detail-oriented role within the Tech+Lab Expense & Vendor Management team focuses on managing vendor contracts and supporting executive governance. With a minimum of three years’ experience in vendor management or IT expense management, you’ll analyze vendor contracts and optimize spend. Your work will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth vendor alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage contract renewal pipeline 3-6 months ahead • Prepare negotiation strategies and vendor recommendations • Analyze contracts for cost-saving opportunities • Improve vendor management Power BI dashboard • Conduct AI-assisted contract reviews for insights

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Business or IT • Minimum 3 years in vendor management • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Oracle ERP • Robust commercial acumen and negotiation skills • Bilingualism if located in Quebec
