We're looking for an Interface Engineering Specialist who will ensure seamless integration of complex rail systems in Toronto. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.

Your Role, Your Impact

- Coordinate interfaces across multiple engineering disciplines to guarantee compatibility and performance.
- Develop and maintain interface documentation to align stakeholders and technical teams.
- Identify and resolve potential conflicts early in the project lifecycle to avoid costly delays.
- Support system integration testing and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with design, construction, and operations teams to drive successful delivery.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As an Interface Engineering Specialist, your expertise will define how systems communicate and perform together.

What You Bring

- Degree in Engineering or related technical field with a strong focus on systems integration.
- Experience managing interfaces in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Ability to interpret and manage technical documentation and standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant IT tools and interface management methodologies.

- On-time delivery of interface management plans and updates.

- Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 CAD per year
