Job Description

Your mission will be to serve as the crucial link between our business objectives and

technology solutions. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for

evaluating and meticulously documenting business needs, capturing precise system

requirements, use case testing, and facilitating the seamless translation of data

between our valued business users and skilled technical developers. You will also play

a key role in identifying, defining, and driving effective business processes in an evolving

Key Responsibilities

• Determines business systems objectives by studying business functions and

evaluating end-user requests.

• Contributes business and technical analysis to help determine technical

feasibility and development options.

• Recommends business solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing

workflow charts, reviewing system capabilities and/or writing detailed

specifications.





• Translates business requirements into functional specifications. Documents

non-functional requirements.

• Understands system architecture, database concepts, and system interactions

sufficiently to analyze business problems and collaborate effectively with

technical teams.

• Identifies, defines, and drives business processes and operating procedures to

improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.

• Performs quality assurance testing as required.

• Proficient in Agile methodologies and Scrum.

• Creates Jira epics and user stories for sprint planning and backlog management.

• Owns Jira story grooming and refinement.

• Facilitates product discovery and use case requirements gathering sessions.

• Enhances systems, processes, and policies by evaluating current design and

recommending modifications. Identifies problems and revises procedures.

• Develops user acceptance criteria and high-level test plans and participates in

acceptance testing reviews.

• Identifies and documents project requirements. Analyzes complex systems and

business processes and recommends innovative solutions.

• Leverages AI tools and technologies to improve business analysis activities,

requirement discovery,



documentation quality, process efficiency, and solution

recommendations where appropriate.

• Supports business solutions that meet or exceed specified standards and end

user requirements by conducting a wide range of quality control tests and

analyses. Ensures that system tests are successfully completed and

documented, and all problems are resolved.

• Prepares technical reports to summarize results and/or trends.

• Supports end users by writing and maintaining documentation, providing

consultative support and training as needed.

• Protects the Company by handling business-sensitive information with

appropriate confidentiality.

• Delivers reliable, high-performance applications and technical services.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business/functional analysis and use case

development.

• Knowledge of Agile frameworks or methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and practical use of AI tools to support

business analysis, documentation, and process improvement.

• Working knowledge of databases, system architecture, and application

workflows to effectively communicate with technical teams and analyze system

behavior.

• Experience identifying, defining, and implementing business processes in

environments requiring process maturity and standardization.

• Preferred domain experience: Hospitality industry. Candidates with experience

in Airline, Reservations, Booking, Travel, or similar transaction-based industries

will also be strongly considered.
