About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Procurement Specialist focused on Indirect Spend to join their global team, working entirely from home. This position is crucial for managing and optimizing the procurement of non-operational goods and services, such as office supplies, IT equipment, marketing services, and professional consulting.

You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and contract management to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliance across a diverse range of indirect categories. This role demands a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent remote communication abilities to collaborate effectively with various internal departments and external vendors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all indirect spend categories.
Identify and onboard new suppliers, negotiating favourable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Conduct spend analysis for indirect categories to identify consolidation and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key indirect suppliers.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards,



and budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and provide timely procurement solutions.
Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a specific focus on managing indirect spend.
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and achieve cost reductions in non-operational categories.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and procurement best practices.
Proficiency in procurement software and collaboration tools suitable for remote work.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
