This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solution Architect, Oracle HCM based in Canada.
This is a senior-level consulting role focused on helping organizations maximize the strategic value of Oracle HCM Cloud.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, connecting business strategy, transformation goals, and technology architecture.
The role spans large-scale enterprise programs, with responsibility for shaping future-state operating models, solution strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
You'll provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams while helping clients navigate complex decisions, risks, and organizational change.
Beyond delivery, you'll contribute to strategic presales, business growth, executive advisory, and the development of consulting capabilities.
You'll also mentor Solution Architects and delivery teams while establishing robust architectural and implementation practices.
