This instructor role is pivotal in teaching Fall Protection courses at our Calgary Training Centre. You will be responsible for engaging lesson delivery and assessing the learning of participants with wide-ranging backgrounds in safety. The position offers a chance to contribute across multiple safety programs as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate informative Fall Protection training sessions
- Evaluate participants' skill performance and knowledge
- Maintain and organize training records
- Teach other safety-related courses when required
- Collaborate in instructor meetings and professional development
Requirements:
- 3+ years of delivering safety training
- Familiarity with Forklift, MEWP, and confined space safety
- Excellent presentation and engagement capabilities
- Holds a valid Alberta Driver License
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
