About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a strong background in P&C; commercial insurance to lead the establishment and optimization of strategic insurer relationships that support sales growth targets. The CMO will be responsible for the carrier strategy and relationship management, including the development and maintenance of high-value partnerships.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years' of experience in the industry, with a significant focus on brokerage or carrier environments, and a proven track record in financial planning, contingent income analysis, and contract negotiation.



The ideal candidate will have a robust network of insurer and carrier relationships, technical experience in insurance contract review, and a strategic mindset balanced with operational discipline.

As the CMO, the successful candidate will also be accountable for the financial aspects of insurer relationships, leading annual forecasting, planning, and reporting. People leadership is a key component of the role, with a focus on inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
The CMO will work closely with the Executive Management Team to shape local growth strategy and contribute to the broader strategic vision. A cooperative style, exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, and a passion for the industry are essential.
