About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, HR Business Partner Leader to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a primary strategic advisor to C-suite executives and senior business leaders, translating business strategy into integrated people and organization strategies that enhance business performance, organizational capability, and long-term growth.

This role requires a leader with an enterprise-wide perspective, capable of making decisions that impact organization, talent, workforce, culture, and transformation. The VP will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing, globally distributed HR business partner organization,



ensuring exceptional HR business partnership, strategic consulting, and execution across a complex global environment.

Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' of HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of advising and partnering with C-suite executives in complex global organizations. The role demands exceptional business and financial acumen, as well as deep expertise in developing and executing integrated people and organization strategies.
Experience in leading large-scale organizational transformations, including those related to AI and technology adoption, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong global perspective, the ability to navigate diverse HR practices, and a demonstrated capacity to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance HR effectiveness.

A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree in a related discipline is a plus.
