Pay: $17.00 per hour Hours: Approximately 3.5 hours per day Schedule: 7 days per week Location: West Edmonton – approximately 173 Street & 100 Avenue Positions Available: 2 Job Description Flamenco Contracting Ltd. is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to perform daily litter pickup and general exterior property cleanup at a commercial property in West Edmonton, near 173 Street and 100 Avenue. This is a consistent part-time position requiring approximately 3.5 hours of work per day, 7 days per week. Because this is a daily position, preference will be given to applicants who live in or near West Edmonton and can reliably travel to the work site each day. The position is focused on keeping parking areas, sidewalks, storefront areas, landscaped areas, garbage stations, and other exterior common areas clean and presentable. Main Responsibilities Walk through assigned parking lots and parkade areas and pick up litter, garbage, and loose debris. Pick up litter from landscaped areas, grass, shrub beds, and other exterior areas. Clean sidewalks and walkways, including sidewalks directly in front of stores and businesses. Check around curbs, parking stalls, entrances, storefronts, and other areas where garbage may collect. Check approximately 23 exterior garbage bins daily. Remove and replace garbage bags in bins as required. Dispose of collected garbage and replaced bags in the designated on-site disposal area. Wipe down and clean exterior garbage bins as required.



Wipe down benches and other exterior fixtures when present. Keep storefront and entrance areas clean and presentable. Occasionally perform pressure washing of sidewalks, entrances, storefront areas, or other exterior surfaces as required. Report excessive garbage, property damage, safety concerns, or unusual conditions to the site supervisor or owner. Complete any additional reasonable cleanup or property-maintenance duties as directed by the site supervisor or owner when required. Requirements No previous landscaping or maintenance experience is required. We are primarily looking for individuals who are: Reliable and punctual. Available to work approximately 3.5 hours per day, 7 days per week. Able to reliably travel to the work site near 173 Street & 100 Avenue in West Edmonton. Preferably located in West Edmonton or reasonably close to the work site. Able to work independently and stay on task. Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions. Physically capable of walking throughout the property and performing light cleanup duties. Careful and respectful while working around customers, vehicles, storefronts, and commercial properties. This position does not involve heavy landscaping or specialized construction work. The primary responsibility is keeping the assigned property clean through regular litter pickup, garbage-bin servicing, and light exterior maintenance. This is a good prospect for someone looking for consistent part-time work of approximately 24.5 hours per week. Starting wage: $17.00 per hour.
