Family owned and operated since 1989, Thermo Seal Insulation Systems was founded on the simple principles of providing superior products. We are currently looking to on-board a Sales Representative for South Muskoka and surrounding areas.

This job's rate of pay will range from $65,000+ annually based on weekly draws off commissions earned. Thermo Seal Insulation will provide a company vehicle & maintenance, fuel, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities/Accountability:

Sales of all jobs in a designated territory

Maintain communication with clients from Point of Sale to Final Payment to ensure quality and satisfaction

Cold calls to obtain new jobs throughout your area

Ability to back up for any other territory when needed

Offer information and option to current customers in regards to our product and services

Be present for any company representation when required such as trade shows, meetings, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

Honest & Integrity are a must

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales





Must have strong knowledge of the Insulation & Construction Industry

Must have experience in anticipating personnel, equipment and materials for work

Valid G licence with a clean record

Comprehension of how to read and understand blueprints and plans

Flexibility in hours

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

Sales experience in Insulation/Construction is an asset

Strong communication skills - written & oral

Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization, finance, scheduling, operations, etc.
