Viva Dental Wellness is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team in our beautiful Windermere clinic. We welcome both new graduates who are eager to learn and experienced RDAs looking for a supportive and positive workplace.

Schedule
- Monday & Tuesday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- One Friday per month: Sedation day

Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licence in Alberta is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional patient care
- Experience is an asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with ClearDent software is an asset
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection prevention and control protocols
- Take dental radiographs (within scope of practice)
- Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Deliver outstanding patient care and help create a comfortable, welcoming experience
