Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced dining setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, food handling knowledge, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tables. This role is vital in ensuring guests enjoy a memorable visit through attentive service, timely order delivery, and professional hospitality.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and cash handling procedures
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations according to sanitation guidelines




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely order delivery

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic math skills for billing and cash handling purposes
- Experience in hospitality or food industry roles is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent guest services

Pay: $17.20-$27.52 per hour
