Senior Electrical Estimator - Construction

Location: GTA | Full time

Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to support a growing pipeline of ICI projects. This role focuses on preparing accurate, competitive bids across commercial and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare detailed material and labour take-offs
- Build complete estimates including materials, equipment, labour, and subcontract costs
- Coordinate pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Service teams, and Foremen to validate estimates
- Participate in site visits, tender reviews, and project hand-offs
- Assess project risks,



opportunities, and overall bid strategy
- Support proposal development and ensure all closing documentation is complete

Requirements

- 8-10+ years of electrical estimating experience (ICI projects)
- Strong knowledge of retrofit and renovation work
- Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines
