Hello. I'm Andie, a home renter in Southport, Manitoba, and I'm currently looking to hire a reliable housekeeper for a single cleaning of my home as I'm moving out.
The house will be empty. Cleaning would have to be Wednesday, 30 Sept. It must be completed by 2:30 pm for inspection at 3:00 pm.
I'm offering a flat rate of $200 and will require a receipt for this amount.
My husband and I keep a clean home in general, so it's not too bad. Last full deep cleaning was in the spring. What we'd like you to clean:
floors (I'll sweep for you) - all linoleum
windows
kitchen cabinet wipe down
fridge - outside and in
bathroom (just one)
light fixtures (we won't have a ladder or step stool)
We'll also do: the walls, baseboards, oven
