As a full-time Lab Supervisor at All Rock Consulting, you will play a critical role in managing laboratory activities and mentoring technicians. Your expertise in materials testing will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while handling exciting geotechnical projects.

Collaborate with clients and project managers to deliver high-quality services that meet project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily lab activities and staff schedules
- Perform advanced materials testing procedures




- Review and verify test data before client submission
- Maintain laboratory equipment and documentation
- Support laboratory accreditation and audits

Requirements:

- Three-year Technician or Technologist program completion
- At least four years of lab testing experience
- Valid CCIL certifications or eligibility for them
- Robust grasp of engineering standards and best practices
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively
