We are a family in Hamilton looking for a caring, responsible, and reliable person to provide after-school care for our son, who is in Grade 3.
The main responsibility will be picking him up from Central Elementary School after school and caring for him until approximately 5:00–5:30 p.m., Monday & Tuesday.
We are looking for someone who is patient, friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with school-aged children. We would appreciate someone who can spend time with him, supervise him, and help with simple homework or reading when needed.
We are looking to start as soon as possible. The position is part time and live-out, and we are offering approximately $20 per hour.
Spanish-speaking would be an asset but is not required. Experience with children and references are preferred.
We would like to have a short interview before making a decision to make sure it is a good fit for both our family and the caregiver.
