This role is ideal for a technician who is comfortable working independently on installations, understands best practices in electronic security systems, and can support junior technicians onsite when required.While this is not a senior leadership position, the successful candidate will be trusted to manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute to overall project quality, timelines, and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Execution & Installation (Primary Functions)Follow all company standards, procedures, and safety protocolsIndependently install and support:CCTV systemsIntrusion alarm systemsAnalogue and VoIP intercom systemsStructured cablingEMT, PVC, and Wiremold conduitMagnetic locks and electric strikesAutomatic door and gate controlsPerform system integration including:Intrusion systems integrated with access controlCCTV systems integrated with access controlComplete software installation, configuration, and system upgradesWork safely from ladders, scissor lifts, and boom liftsAttend job ‑ site meetings as requiredCoordinate work with other trades on active construction sitesPerform networking ‑ related tasks including:LAN / WAN setupDHCP, TCP/IP networkingBasic router configuration including port forwardingWork ordersTest and commissioning reportsDeficiency and close ‑ out documentationMaintain, clean,
