ResponsibilitiesThe integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding. The role of a Client Integration Vice President (VP) involves leading and overseeing client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects.Project Manage Current BusinessNew client launches/conversionsNew Business Existing Client (NBEC) launchesOnboarding of Ancillary servicesCoordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation modelsProject Management & BAUOversee and manage strategic initiatives within the Client Integration teamOversee the resolution of complex client issuesReview departmental procedures and policies and help ensure adherence to these proceduresIdentify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projectsEnsure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocationActively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management teamActively participate in departmental and company-wide projectsAssist with reporting to Senior ManagementSales Handover / SupportStakeholder in the development of current clients/business,
