• Complete resident service requests promptly and accurately

• Track inventory and procure necessary maintenance supplies

Requirements:
• High School diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• EPA certifications for refrigerant recycling (Type I, II or Universal)
• Proficiency in hand and power tool usage
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 22.8 kilograms with assistance
