From omnichannel marketing campaigns to large-scale print and digital workflows, our goal is to make complex tasks surprisingly simple, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best.The RoleAs a Supervisor, Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ), you will lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EHSQ systems across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement across sites, and overseeing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, along with supporting alignment with ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) frameworks.This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 2-3 days onsite per week. As this role will mainly be responsible for our Brampton and Burlington operations, you will be expected to split your onsite days between these two locations on a weekly basis. cross-functionally is also required.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of quality processesManageQuality Incident Response (QIR) process and escalationsand engage with customers on quality issues and corrective actions, ensuring to track and report quality KPIs and performance trendsSupport internal auditor training and capability developmentMaintain and improve Health & Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with Canadian legistlationLead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive actions to improve workplace safety and reduce riskSupport injury management, ergonomic assessments and claims process andMonitor safety performance and recommend risk reduction initiativesMaintain certification compliance, including FSC, MDEL, SGP, and SFI, and support audits across sites for certification requirementsSupport alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 best practicesDrive continuous improvement initiatives, standardize best practices across Canadian sitesDeliver training on EHSQ systems and compliance requirementsProvide reporting and insights on risk and trends to leadership and maintain business continuity and emergency response planningSkills & ExperiencesPost-secondary education in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality, or related field (designation preferred),
