Key Responsibilities:



• Provide technical support and trouble resolution for clients • Research solutions and procure necessary IT equipment • Communicate effectively with clients on project updates • Collaborate with teams to deliver IT solutions • Develop models and methodologies to enhance efficiency

Requirements: • College degree in IT or equivalent experience • 5+ years of related work experience preferred • Ability to work independently without supervision • Experience with Microsoft and Linux systems • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
