You will handle requests by phone or email, open service orders, process sales orders, or direct them to our technical support team.ResponsibilitiesPromptly answer incoming customer (both external and internal) calls and email inquiries in English and French.Open service orders in our CRM system and dispatch to the appropriate In‑house or Field Service Specialist based on skills, location, and availability.Process service‑related sales orders.Support Service Engineers with parts inventory management.Close completed service orders and ensure proper billing takes place.Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.Other duties as required.QualificationsPrevious working experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage time effectively.Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI,



etc.).Experience working in SAP and Customer Relations Management systems would be preferable.Solid communication and interpersonal skills; able to work closely with cross‑functional teams.Post‑secondary diploma or degree is required.Working EnvironmentStandard working hours are typically 40 hours per week Monday–Friday.First 6 months office‑based; thereafter hybridmodel.Occasional overtime may be required.Must be able to work on shifts between 8am–7pm EST on a weekly or biweekly rotation basis.Ability to work in a multi‑cultural business environment.SalaryThe annual pay range for this position is $54,000 – $67,000. The pay offered may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, and complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
