With at least one year of experience in a client services environment, preferred in labs, you’ll handle sample receiving, organization, and logistics. The role suits self-starters with strong IT skills, capable of managing feedback and clarity in client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and sort samples from clients accurately
• Use LIMS to log and label samples
• Prepare samples for processing and shipping
• Collaborate on project requirements with clients
• Perform various administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
• 1 year in client services, ideally in a lab setting
• Proficient with IT and PC applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Laboratory experience is an asset
