The role requires robust project governance, stakeholder management, and domain expertise in banking payments. The candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & GovernanceLead end-to-end project delivery across all phases (initiation, planning, execution, closure)Develop and manage project plans, schedules, financials, and scopeDrive project execution aligned with PMO standards and governance frameworksMonitor KPIs, milestones, and quality of deliverablesStakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the primary interface between business, technology, and vendor teamsProvide regular status updates and executive-level reportingManage stakeholder expectations and communicationFinancial & Resource ManagementManage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocationTrack financial performance and ensure cost optimizationCoordinate with onsite and offshore teams for deliveryRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess,
