Grouse Mountain is seeking an Events Team Lead for The Peak of Christmas, a one-month seasonal role running Nov 20 to Dec 25. Based at The Peak’s Santa’s Workshop and Elf HQ, you will lead Event Representatives, supervise staffing, assist Santa and elves, and drive guest engagement during this festive Vancouver event.
You’ll work in a quick-paced outdoor setting with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and teamwork, delivering memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
