Job SummaryStrategic risk management generalist role providing advisory and practical support across a variety of risk and compliance functions. The role supports large-scale transformation projects and programme governance, helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes and improve internal controls.ResponsibilitiesSupport design and implementation of programme governance and management strategies.Assist in rolling out leading‑practice programme management services such as advantages realization, quality assurance, decision management, and document management.Present to senior programme leadership on large‑scale programmes.Deliver and/or assess large complex programmes or projects.Support managers with responses to client proposals and drive impactful conversations with senior client leaders.Resolve issues preventing effective team working, even during change and uncertainty.Analyse complex proposals and build actionable recommendations using multiple sources of information, including stakeholder views.Address sub‑standard work and work that does not meet firm or client expectations.Develop perspective on global trends that impact the firm and clients.Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and positive outcomes.Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.Qualifications and ExperienceSignificant hands‑on experience in programme management and project assurance of large transformation projects.Proven experience supporting implementations of large complex system/transformation initiatives.Experience conducting project assessments, programme gateway reviews, and risk‑based reviews.Certified Project Manager (PMP, PMIPMBOK, APMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Agile, or Benefit Realization).Understanding of core project management processes (IT Governance, Quality Assurance, SDLC) and project management tools or industry‑specific applications.Self‑motivated, able to initiate and continue tasks toward project goals.Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and influence skills; effective verbal and written communication.Ability to present findings to senior stakeholders and executive management.Fluent in French and English is an asset.Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and working collaboratively across perspectives.Mandatory Security Clearance for all staff involved in these assignments.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $65,600–$109,300, based on location, skills, and experience. Additional variable incentive programs may be available.
