This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors and contributing to a warm, welcoming, and clean environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional mannerTake meal orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and accuratelyEnsure tables are properly set and dining areas are clean, organized, and invitingAssist with light food preparation and plating as neededPerform cleaning duties including wiping tables, sweeping floors, and maintaining sanitation standards in the dining area, light and medium level cleaning duties.Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesDishes, sweeping,
mopping and cleaning side dutiesCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team membersSupport residents with special dietary needs or mobility challengesBe adaptable and responsive to the changing needs of the community and teamMaintain a respectful and positive attitude toward residents and coworkersParticipate in team meetings and training sessions as requiredQualifications:Previous serving or customer service experience preferredFood Safe Level 1 certification and Serve- It-Right (or willingness to obtain)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPatience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with seniorsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWillingness to take on cleaning tasks and support other team members as neededWorking Conditions:Shifts scheduled based on operational needsStanding and walking for extended periodsLight lifting and bending may be requiredWarm, community-oriented workplace$18.50 starting hourly rate#J-18808-Ljbffr
