Talent Acquisition CoordinatorReporting to the Manager, Talent Management, the Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator uses strategic research and sourcing techniques to build and manage diverse candidate pipelines. The TA Coordinator serves as an organizational ambassador to position our employer value proposition and supports the successful onboarding of candidates.Job DetailsContract full‑time for six months, 37.5 hours per weekSalary: $60,300 annuallyLocation: 601‑7700 Hurontario St. (hybrid workplace; on‑site and/or community presence required)Key ResponsibilitiesSupport full‑cycle recruitment, minimizing barriers and following equitable and inclusive practices (manage and track requisitions, post jobs on social media and web boards, review resumes and match applicants’ skills, schedule and book interviews, screen candidates, prepare and update interview guides, follow up with candidates, conduct references).Draft and update accurate job descriptions for various organizational roles using an anti‑oppressive and anti‑racist lens.Post and manage all recruitment requisitions on social media platforms, college and university job boards, industry specific boards, and via internal communications.Verify employee qualifications by following up with professional colleges and associations annually.Drive talent pipeline by researching, identifying, attracting, and generating pools of diverse top‑quality candidates.Engage potential candidates through social media and represent the organization at job fairs and other applicable events.Utilize the ATS to track, screen, and communicate with candidates, monitor recruitment metrics,



and strive for continual improvement in the recruitment process.Support completion of applications for grant opportunities related to employment.Lead participation and support for recruitment‑related events such as job fairs, networking events, and post‑secondary open house events.QualificationsCompletion of post‑secondary education in a relevant discipline (e.G., Human Resources or Business).Minimum of two (2) years of recent relevant experience supporting full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare or social services; combination of professional, co‑op, or internship experience may be considered.Experience working with a not‑for‑profit organization is an asset.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a rapid‑paced environment with competing priorities.Experience maintaining employee records and documents.Some knowledge of the Ontario Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Legislation, and Occupational Health & Safety Act.Strong cross‑cultural communication and interpersonal skills,
