In this role, you will oversee a range of mechanical and electrical installations and upgrades while adhering to project deadlines and financial guidelines. Your expertise will ensure effective collaboration with in-house trades, contractors, and strict compliance with safety standards throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage mechanical installation projects throughout Alberta efficiently
• Track budgets and manage resource allocation effectively
• Conduct site monitoring to ensure compliance with specifications
• Collaborate with trades, contractors,
and vendors to maintain schedules
• Implement quality control measures and safety protocols
Requirements:
• 5-10 years leading mechanical installations
• Plumbing/Gas Fitter Journeyman certification or similar experience
• Experience with construction management software
• Class 5 driver’s license needed for travel
• Prepare for potential travel across job sites
