CAPREIT is seeking Leasing Specialists to join our rapidly growing residential property management team. In this role, you'll not only act as a resident ambassador, but also own the entire leasing process from inquiries to onboarding. Your excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability will be key to maintaining resident satisfaction while achieving leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the resident ambassador for property inquiries
• Manage the leasing process through to current resident onboarding
• Collect payments and inspect properties effectively
• Facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests
• Proactively monitor vacancies and meet leasing targets
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
• Well-organized with a keen attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
