RBC Wealth Management Technology is searching for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. Engage in high-impact projects focused on automation and system reliability at scale while collaborating in a hybrid work workplace.

As part of the Wealth Management SRE Team, you will drive the evolution of operational excellence across digital services. This senior role requires a strong engineering mindset and expertise in cloud-native operations, observability, and automation. You will implement effective monitoring, enhance incident response, and develop intelligent operations to support our internal users and clients.

Key Responsibilities:



• Build intelligent SRE product capabilities for monitoring and alerting • Implement observability practices for metrics and logs • Design machine learning-based anomaly detection tools • Architect self-healing solutions for operational issues • Standardize telemetry to enhance operational visibility

Requirements: • 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • Proficient in Ansible and scripting languages • Hands-on experience with tools like Elasticsearch and Kubernetes • Strong understanding of incident management and root cause analysis
