Pay Details: $48,000 - $68,000 CAD

JOB DESCRIPTION

How You Will Contribute

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Engagement & Account Management, and working alongside a team of managers and analysts, the co‑op analyst role will support the ongoing optimization and development of business strategies to enhance client experience and engagement, identifying key market trends, conducting competitive intelligence, and implementing operational solutions.

Accountabilities will include:

Supporting the development of long, medium, and short-term strategic priorities and vision for both client engagement and client experience.

Gathering and interpreting client experience and engagement data both internally and externally to ensure DI understands leading industry practices in every area of client interaction.

In conjunction with client insights and data, review and consolidate client problem resolution data opportunities for Direct Investing and help build plan to address opportunities and irritants.

Analyzing internal KPIs, behaviours, attitudes, channel preferences, demographics, and values to inform client experience and engagement programs.

Support client engagement program execution, offer fulfilment and collaboration with partners across marketing, and data analytics teams to report key learnings and insights from programs.

REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring to TD

Majoring in Business, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.

Proficiency in Excel, data querying, data processing, and visualization tools.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and developing clear and compelling business presentations.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and synthesize information quickly.

Robust analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and verbally) to a broad audience, while collaborating well with others.

Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.





Ability to independently manage deadlines while multitasking between different projects.
