The first year is a “Foundational Year”, where you will learn the fundamentals – this will be a combination of in classroom and on-the-job learning through a rotational program designed to provide exposure to various areas within the claims function.Learn – You will benefit from receiving classroom and on-the-job technical training in addition to receiving guidance from experienced subject matter experts.



Your technical learning will also be complemented by soft skills training to ensure you continue to build upon your interpersonal skills for success.Mentorship – You will be provided with one-on-one mentoring opportunities which will assist with your growth and development during your rotational learning journey.Growth – You will build a career in the Specialty market and benefit from gaining some of the most desirable skills and experience in insurance.Claims rotation will take place in the following claim departments:Claims Operations (Claims Support, Special Investigation Unit, Quality Assurance and Compliance, Vendor Management)Auto Physical DamagePropertyBodily InjuryPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
