Key Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish
• Develop and implement effective recruitment standards
• Work closely with managers to identify hiring needs




• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to engage candidates
• Conduct audits of recruitment processes for efficiency improvements
Requirements:
• Degree in HR or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Previous staffing or executive search exposure preferred
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM is a strong asset
• Mastery of various interviewing techniques
