Our client, a prominent law firm serving Hamilton for over 70 years, is looking for an experienced Insurance Defense Lawyer to join their team, for a hybrid role.The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and work closely with experienced counsel on a variety of insurance defense matters.Qualifications2-4 years of experience in insurance defense.The ability to independently manage a caseloadExperience conducting examinations for discovery, mediations, pre-trial conferences, and motionsExperience with LAT case conferences and/or hearingsSmall Claims Court experience is considered an assetThis is a recent position with the firm.
