including:Preparation and review of income tax provisions under IFRS and US GAAPWork with team members on Canadian tax compliance matters with a focus on foreign reporting (i.E. surplus accounts, T106, T1134, T1135, NR4 and withholding taxes)Structuring Canadian operations and conducting tax due diligence for the acquisition of Canadian target entitiesWorking with our colleagues around the globe to develop strategies that allow multinational organizations to reduce their worldwide effective tax rateResearching technical issues with respect to the above as well as inbound and outbound international tax advisory projectsCoach more junior tax team members and ensuring a meaningful performance review processCollaborate with other service lines (e.G.,
