This role includes refining lesson plans with the Aquatics Manager, mentoring fellow instructors, and filling in when needed due to teamwork demands. Participate in ongoing staff training and conduct water interviews to identify promising current recruits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct swim lessons for all ages and abilities
• Partner with Aquatics Manager to address teaching challenges
• Offer mentorship and constructive feedback to instructors
• Facilitate training for new instructors on the program
• Interview potential instructors in water settings
Requirements:
• National Lifeguard Certification mandatory
• Certification in Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C
• Reliable and committed to team goals
• Friendly, attentive demeanor
