Job Summary :

The human resources intern in Learning and Development assists in creating learning experiences for other line staff to perform, grow and deliver excellent tasks and services. The role will help senior members of the department to design, facilitate and improve learning programs that are relevant, scalable, and aligned with operational needs.

Job Responsibilities :

- Assist senior Learning and Development staff to work closely with line managers and Subject Matter Experts to analyze staff learning needs, write up learning proposals, design and deliver learning solutions that help drive business results.
- Enable bank's strategies, purpose and values through designing and delivering appropriate learning solutions by using online, offline or blended learning formats.
- Assist in organizing small sized learning projects, including planning, timelines,



communications, and coordination of resources with agreed timeline and budget.
- Use AI, digital tools and new technologies to improve engagement, accessibility and scalability of learning programs.
- Evaluate programs using data and feedback, summarize insights and recommend improvements.
- Provide administrative support for any tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements :

- Current university students in a relevant discipline.
- Energetic, solid team-players and passionate about the job.
- Ability to apply AI, digital tools and new technologies to enhance learning solutions.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills across different audiences and formats.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2027.
