Overview Role: Workday Benefits Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant, Lead II - Enterprise Solutions. You Are The Workday Benefits Senior Consultant is responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of the Benefits module in the Workday platform. The role requires deep functional expertise in benefits administration along with strong Workday configuration experience. The Opportunity Benefits Solution Design: Lead end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Benefits. Translate client HR policies into Workday system configuration. Workday Configuration Client Engagement & Consulting Conduct requirements workshops with HR and Benefits teams. Provide Workday best practice recommendations. Design scalable solutions aligned with business processes. Integrations & Data Exchange Support integrations with benefits vendors, carriers, and payroll systems. Testing & Deployment Production Support & Optimization Provide post-go-live support. Troubleshoot configuration issues and data discrepancies. Reporting & Analytics Leadership & Mentorship Mentor junior Workday consultants. Lead benefits workstreams in large Workday implementations. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Remote-Canada Compensation Range: $104,000-$130,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
