As a Part time Keyholder, you will support our mission to deliver compelling value while fostering relationships with our customers. With prior retail and customer service experience, you will engage patrons, share cannabis insights, and collaborate on sales strategies with the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and build rapport effortlessly
• Inform customers about product strains and consumption
• Participate in store merchandising and promotional efforts
• Monitor inventory and maintain store organization
• Complete customer transactions accurately on POS system
Requirements:
• At least 2 years' experience in retail or hospitality
• Must be 19 years or older
• Valid Selling It Right certification required
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
• Understanding of BC cannabis laws and requirements
