Health, Safety & Training ManagerOn-site | 4 days on / 3 days off | Camp & Travel or Relocation AvailableOur client is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Training Manager to lead safety systems, training programs, and emergency response initiatives at their mine site. Reporting to the General Manager, this role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and fosters a solid, proactive safety culture across the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with OHSA and all applicable legislationLead and maintain site safety systems, KPIs, and standardsOversee emergency response, mine rescue, and firefighting programsSupport safety communication, training, orientation, and contractor managementConduct inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessmentsProvide oversight to Industrial Hygiene, Safety Training, and on-site Medical ServicesBuild strong relationships with Indigenous partners, employees,
