The team lead will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members, engage with guests in a professional, dignified manner,
and assist management with potential service and product issues before they arise.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSEnsuring guests are enthusiastically satisfied with their experience consistentlyMaintaining and being accountable for quality outlet operations including organizing work throughout outletsActing as a role model and providing training to new employeesFollowing health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all productsPerforming and supporting others in cleaning and operational tasksFollowing and demonstrating standards for merchandising, stocking, rotation and storing of productsContributing to department goals for increasing sales and improving profitsAssisting with accounting and banking responsibilitiesRecording and being accountable for outlet funds while running a shift, ensuring all cash handling and cash register functions are accurateEnsuring materials, supplies and merchandise are ordered and stocked, communicating new product information to employeesOther duties as requiredSupervisory ResponsibilityThe Team Lead will supervise casual dining team members on shift in the absence of the Casual Dining Supervisors.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIESMust have Serving It Right certificate before employment beginsMust have experience with POS (Squirrel POS system)Strong Microsoft Office & business communication skills requiredMust have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented,
and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.Ability to work flexible hoursWORKING CONDITIONSHours of Operation are weather dependant. Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule. A variety of work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays.
