We believe spaces must be engaging and we strive to create playful environments that surprise and delight all who enter.What You Will DoCollaborate with your team on developing the design for sensational spacesUtilize your experience to perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentationParticipate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lightingGenerate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for constructionProvide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design conceptsEffectively communicate design ideas by hand sketching and/or digital graphicsIndependently create material palettes and inspiration image boardsWork with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricatorsSupport communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officialsProvide technical guidance and creative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challengesProduce in Revit accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of projectProvide project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections; ensure design intent isincorporated into the construction documentationParticipate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues,
and maintain quality control during constructionWork with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectivesParticipate in the creation of 3D software renderings – Enscape preferred – to communicate design conceptsYour QualificationsExperience in the role described aboveBachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school6+ years of post‑grad interior design experienceNCIDQ/CID requiredPortfolio must include workplace projectsHigh resourcefulness of creative unique materials, furniture, and fixturesExcellent color sense, and great passion for designExcellent graphic design, organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skillsPassionate, self‑starting, dedicated, productiveEnjoys both taking responsibility and team collaborationPassion for both big picture design ideas and the detailsFacility with 3D conceptualization (digitally or by hand) a plusProficient in Revit and EnscapeProficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignGraphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideasDemonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices requiredBenefitsThe base salary range will be estimated between $67,000–$75,000.
