Our focus is on delivering consistent, high-quality service while building solid relationships with our clients and teams.Position SummaryWe are seeking a hands‑on, motivated Senior Area Manager to oversee multiple client sites across the SWO region. This role is responsible for ensuring service excellence, supporting frontline staff, and maintaining strong client relationships. In addition, this position may include providing guidance and oversight to other Area Managers within the region. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and confident in managing both people and operations in a rapid‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple janitorial sitesConduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are metTrain, coach, and support cleaning staff and supervisorsProvide leadership, support, and oversight to Area Managers within the region, as requiredAddress performance issues and implement improvement plans as neededAct as the primary point of contact for clients,
