You will lead and support the warehouse team while maintaining a protected work environment and ensuring operational goals consistently met » Brian Murray, Distribution centre managerYour main responsibilities will include:Assigning daily tasks and workstations to the warehouse team to ensure workflow efficiency.Monitoring team productivity to ensure all picking and shipping targets are met on time.Coordinating and overseeing the daily activities of warehouse personnel on the floor.Providing on-the-job training and orientation for all new hires in the distribution center.Enforcing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for the team.Resolving operational issues and bottlenecks to prevent delays in the distribution chain.Assisting the Supervisor in coordinating staff schedules and managing team breaks.Quality control oversight to ensure accurate picking, labeling,
